Do you ship internationally?
For the time being, we are only shipping within Canada and the United States (but we will keep you updated on here and on our Instagram @cewell.art.stuff for when we are open to International shipping again).
Are there additional costs upon delivery (customs, duties, taxes, VAT)?
With apologies in advance, any customs fees, taxes, duties etc. (any charges after we ship to you) will be your responsibility to pay. Unfortunately, the occurrence of these extra charges is out of our hands, and we cannot predict or add these charges to your billing when you purchase from CEWELL Art Stuff. If you decide not to pay these charges/fees, however, then your order will be returned to us upon which we will refund your order (minus the original shipping cost and a handling fee of $10.00 CAD).
What are the shipping costs and how do you ship?
The cost for your shipping will depend on the weight of your entire order, your location/address for delivery and what the rates for shipping such a package will cost. We will always try our best to keep shipping prices as low as possible, as we know that shipping costs can be a huge turn off. Rest assured that we will do our best to make this a little easier for you.
We use Canada Post for all shipping, and we will provide tracking and insurance (if available) to protect your Lil’ Doodz and anything you may purchase from CEWELL Art Stuff – we want to keep communication open and transparent all the way to your doorstep!
Where are the orders shipped from?
Orders are made and shipped from one office located on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3 to 5 days for when we will dispatch your order to you. We generally visit the post office once or twice a week.
The actual delivery time of your package will depend on the shipping you choose and may also be affected by current world events (which is out of anyone's control). It is unfortunately out of our hands on the exact number of days or weeks it will take for your order to arrive to you – but let’s stay in contact until your order arrives to you and you are 100% satisfied!
If you have purchased outside of Canada, please be aware that your order may be held in customs and you will be responsible for paying that duty or tax or whatever the charge may be in order to receive your package in a timely manner.
We are not responsible for the delays of your order once it has been shipped from CEWELL Art Stuff.
If you feel your package may have been lost or stolen (hopefully this never happens), please contact your post office to figure out a solution to its whereabouts. Unfortunately, once we drop your package off at the post office, it is out of our hands; and therefore, we cannot be held responsible if it is lost, stolen or late. There are many reasons why your package could be late, too, so it's best to keep an eye on the tracking information and be in contact with your post office.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer expedited shipping, but we will make sure you get your order as soon as possible!
We do, however, prefer to only offer shipping with tracking like "Xpresspost" and "Tracked Packet - USA" (through Canada Post) that way you can keep an eye of your Lil' Doodz' travels until it is safely on your doorstep!
With one of these two options, shipment usually arrives within 5-7 business days (after it has been dispatched) - but as mentioned above: "It is unfortunately out of our hands on the exact number of days or weeks it will take for your order to arrive to you – but let’s stay in contact until your order arrives to you and you are 100% satisfied!"
