Refund policy
Please note that all purchases are final.
Each Lil' Dood - whether they be made from clay or from recycled glass jars - are brought to life by hand by Caitlin, and therefore have many "imperfections" that we like to refer to as "personalities." So, because Lil' Doodz come in all shapes and sizes and are not manufactured to resemble one another, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us right away.
If an order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
Damages and issues
Kindly note that artistic/crafting "flaws" are not considered "defective" or "damaged" and are not qualified or approved for a refund. As mentioned above, each Lil' Dood is one-of-a-kind and no two are the exact same. "Imperfections" will always occur and are expected when making something by hand - but that's what makes each Lil' Dood so special!
Lil' Doodz that we do consider as "flawed" will be listed and sold as "SECONDS." Please carefully review the descriptions and the pictures in the listings to understand the "flaws" that make that specific Lil' Dood "SECONDS" before placing your order.
Please inspect your order once it is in your possession and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the terrible event that one of our Lil' Doodz has been damaged during transport, please reach out to us at cewellartstuff@gmail.com with details (including a picture of the damage) and we will be happy to offer a partial or full refund (minus the shipping fee). We will work together to figure out what makes the most sense for your specific situation concerning how much damage was done.
If your refund is approved (meaning you have shown sufficient evidence of the damage the item received from travelling to you), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
We, however, are not responsible for lost or stolen packages! Once we have dropped off your order at the post office, it is out of our hands. There are many variables as to why your package could be late, but if you think your package may be lost or possibly stolen, please contact your post office to figure out a solution on the whereabouts of your order.
